HR Associate – Operations
HR Operations Role - Cloud Kitchen
We are looking for an Associate, People Operations to help support and drive operational excellence, efficiency and performance. The incumbent will drive and play an integral part to our HR function which includes: Business Partnering, People Operations and Program Management. The role will partner with cross-functional teams from Payroll, Business Partners, people systems team etc. It will lead project management to continuously improve our technology solutions and operations. Besides, it wouldensure delivery of an efficient engagement program to augment employee experience and business productivity at Cloud Kitchen.
Role and Responsibilities
- Play an instrumental role in helping drive the coordination of Pan India people operations execution across the business
- Drive initiatives across locations in tandem with regional HR, setting a review cadence to work to drive metrics like NPS, factors like Attrition, L&D Initiatives, engagement, and employee experience
- Drive a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement at corporate and ground level
- Work with HRBP on the manpower planning with a short, mid and long term view as part of the AOP process
- To support HRBP for accurate and timeline reporting of key data points (recruitment, headcount, cost, attrition, amber feedback, exit feedback) to the business in the form of dashboard, reports etc. to BU/HR head
- Ensure compliance across all HR processes like Induction, POSH training, payroll processing, new joiner and exit process
- Drive the execution of key HR processes like induction, performance management, learning academy at hubs
- Oversee employee lifecycle management from offer stage to exit
- Lead people operations systems roadmap and self-service strategy to support long-term and service delivery goals, and ensure the highest levels of data management and accuracy for all HR Systems. The incumbent will work around our core HRIS and ATS solution to elevate our HR processes and service delivery.
