    * Responsible for end to end recruitment.
    * Need to understand the requirements thoroughly, and successfully recruiting professionals for the same within a time frame.
    * Need to do follow up / co-ordination with candidates regarding interview schedules and other negotiation formalities on time.
    * Responsible for full recruitment life cycle and selection procedure.
    * To fulfill the Human Resource requirement of clients.
    * Should be Involved in head hunting if need arises.
    * Contact new employees and prepare onboarding induction.
    * Administer compensation and benefit plans
    * Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
    * Will be involved in Employee engagement, exit formalities etc.
