    Role Description:

    - Act as an HR interface with the business leadership community, responsible for leading and supporting the transformational people agenda for the designated account.

    - Assist the HRBP in Employee Engagement design effective retention interventions

    - Employee Counseling

    - Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team

    - Understand business requirements

    - Engagement with Leadership Team +/Group HRBP counterparts

    - Enhance HR service delivery to business sourcing, screening, interview logistics, blocking calendar, close follow up, arranging client interviews, collecting comp document.. till successful joining

    - MBA HR Degree fulltime

    - 8-12 years of overall experience, At least 4 years in HR Business Partnering role.

    - Preferably from a reputed MNC. Experience in IT/ITeS/Telecom/ in a Business Partner role

    - Excellent Communications and stakeholder management

    - Ability to handle senior stakeholders

    - Strong on collaboration

    - Good Executive presence

    - Should be well versed with MS office - Excel and PowerPoint Location is NCR & Hyd .Pls specify location interested while applying
