    Roles and responsibilities 

    About us:-
        Epicenter is a leading provider of Business Process Management Solutions, founded in the year 2000 and began its operations in 2001. It is a part of the USD 2.4 Billion Kalyani Group, a leading industrial house in India and among the largest and technologically most advanced manufacturers of Forged & Machined components in the world.
    We operate out of a brand new state of the art facility in India with a capacity of 750 physical seats that can support 2000+ FTEs. All the seats are fully equipped to support voice as well as data services. We have an office in the US from where we manage connectivity and logistics within North America.

    Experience  -  4 to 7+ yrs.
    Work location -  Mumbai -Bhayander - west
    Role - ExecutiveEmployment Type - Permanent Job, Full Time
    Salary - Open for discussion
    Industry - BPO / Call Center
    Functional Area -  BPO , Customer Service , Operations
    Time - Nigh shift (5:00 PM to 11:00 AM - Rotational)

    Roles and responsibilities:

    - Develop, implement and manage People Policies and guidelines as per the requirements
    - Ensure availability of a working Grievance Redressal mechanism for employees and report on efficacy and operational effectiveness of same
    - Employee satisfaction surveys and action planning
    - Facilitate employee self-service tools .Consult and collaborate with business partners, Compliance and Legal teams on complex employee issues
    - Lead employee retention initiatives - Attrition management
    - Drive HR initiatives for collective fun programs, social responsibility, event celebrations etc.
    -Coordination with the Clients, Experience in Client Management and Interaction will be preferred.
    Responsible for Daily Operational Reports.
    Responsible for morale & motivation of the staff.
    Responsible to train & create growth opportunities for Subordinates.
    Managing Employee Relations, conducting Skip Level meetings and improving employee connect
    Ability to liaise with relevant support departments stakeholders
    Ability to create an environment of trust and fairness, and drive organizational culture and values

    Required Candidate profile

    Experience - 0 to 4+ yrs.
    Work location - Mumbai -Bhayander - west
    Role - Executive/Sr. Executive
    Flexible with night shifts/Mid Shifts
