i) Pre-joining police clearence certificate of Contract workmen
ii)No joinings to be allowed without HRMs consent.
iii)Contract Manpower/ODC Manpower bill payment.
4. To handle audits & controls pertaining to Time office.
5. Maintaining healthy weekly off record by pushing associates to avail their offs on time.
4.Prompt and timely action for closing Payroll attendance in conjunction with Payroll Executive.
6. Various other HR functions assigned by unit HR Manager
7. Preparing and issuing Biometric Card.
8. Employee engagement activities in coordination with HR Team.
9. Time office MIS:
i)- Contract Manpower report
ii)- Absconding report (case for more than 3 days)
iii)-Issuing Show cause and Dismisal through channelized process.
10. Leave Management and records of Associates as per the Policy.
