    Manpower Planning & Budgeting
    • Resource Optimization through continuous value addition in HR arena.
    • Manpower planning of plant in line with business & production requirement.
    • Forecasting Annual Operation Budget for Plant ( HRD & Admin)
    • Ensure provisioning & effective utilization of Human Resource to meet business expectations. Identify and develop employees to migrate risks of vacant critical positions for seamless succession. Oversee the retention of employees through effective strategies to achieve reduction in attrition.

    HR Policies and Employee Manual :

    • Conceptualizing, documenting, implementing & monitoring of policies, systems & procedures for HR processes & systems at plant

    Contract Labor Management :
    • Sourcing & Selection of contractor based on their requirement vs. Capability, ethical history of contractor.
    • Entering into agreement with contractor for the desired services, at most economical terms, monitoring their performance, control on any malpractices /. Misconduct of any contractor.
    • Ensure processing of bills & payments to contractor according to the agreement.
    • Define service level Adherence target for contractor based on organization requirement.

    Training, Organizational Development and L&D:
    • To initiate domain specific training(s) and to ensure on-time roll outs of Outlier Report and Refreshers training, based on Training Need Identification (TNIs) and Impact Analysis, on relevant areas
    • Adeptness to facilitate new processes & to implement and impart domain specific trainings, effective communication & personality development, soft skills enhancement etc, for a better candidate and client experience
    • Identify Training needs from base level to management
    • Plan and implement overall training and development strategy across the board
    • Monitor teams and team leaders and provide training w.r.t Process, Quality, Individual and Organizational growth.
    • All documentations and controls for T&D to meet ISO 9001:2015 and other requirements of special audits.
    • Identification of high potential employees, creation of talent pool in the organization and plan developmental opportunities for the employees.

    Statutory Compliances
    :
    • Provide input on statutory and legal compliance
    • Ensure compliance for statutory and legislative requirements
    • Factory Act requirements
    • Ensure all statutory documents are filled on joining
    • Ensure statutory deductions from employee salary as per norms
    • Make awareness in factory related to compliances
    • Follow 100 % to avoid unnecessary obligations.
