We are looking for a skilled HR personnel who has a passion for HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory expectations. The candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Also promote healthy relationships between associates and management through mediation and guiding department managers through employee issues. Manage career progression, to conduct employee training and orientation, administer a benefits program and prepare budgets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Monitor and facilitate the companys compliance to the policies and regulations under the countrys labor laws.
Provide full range of HR Generalist support. Manage complete employee life cycle: on-boarding to exits.
Develop and implement HR and benefit policies.
Coaching and counseling employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Implement effective records and documentations in all HR processes.
Responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience and cultivating a culture of mutual respect.
Play an important role in propagating performance- based culture. Co-ordinate goal setting and performance reviews.
Develop strong employee relations. Deal with employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures in a timely and professional manner
Manage, update, and enhance employee database.
Manage employee time and attendance.
Analyze training needs in conjunction with project managers while ensuring all learning and development activities are taken up on priority basis within the organization and co-ordinate these efforts.
Implement company-wide employee communications, events, and activities.
Work with finance team on payroll administration.
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting on HR metrics.
Ensure all practices and processes meet standards required under ISO.
Other tasks may be assigned based on business needs.
Demonstrable experience in crafting, implementing, and updating company policies and procedures, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits, etc.
Detailed understanding of current employment laws and statutory requirements.
15+ years Human Resources experience. Experience in IT/ITeS industry mandatory.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative teams.
English - fluent and effective verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills.
MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point working knowledge.
Strong work ethics and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
Positive attitude and high on energy.
Bachelor/Masters in Human Resources, or related course.
