    Identifying and engaging internal / external experts for domain / project specific competence development requirements and learning content curation

    Min 2 - 5 years of experience in handling core Training function in IT Companies (Training need Analysis , Content design (Technical) , Calendaring , Effectiveness etc. )

    Experience in competency mapping , tracking and strategic planning

    Good Analytical , Presentation and Communication skills

    Awareness of latest digital trends in Learning and development

    Able to work along with business as business Partner for Learning and Development


    Total Experiance not more than 6 Years in above job descrition is a mandate.

    Full time regular BE with MBA / PG specialising in major as HR.

    Engineering Degree / Masters in Computer / Electronics / Information Science

    Desired traits of personality - Self motivated , Attention to details & Confident Communicator.
