    Role
    We are looking for an HR Manager with the following skills and experience.

    Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment/Talent Acquisition

    - Plan for resource management internally with the management
    - Identify and help in creating the JD for every role
    - Attract talent from the industry
    - Post jobs on portals and track them
    - Get details of short-listed candidates and process them for interviews
    - Align interviews internally
    - Get the final approval/rejection internally and then accordingly, send the offer letter and get an acceptance
    - Coordinating with agencies to get the required candidatures for the required roles
    - For freshers hiring, coordinating with colleges
    - In short, everything related to making an offer and hire a new team member

    2. Employee Management

    - Salary Processing
    - Leave, WFH, and Attendance Management
    - Comp-Off Management
    - Maintaining a good and productive work culture
    - Developing and maintaining a good bond with individuals in the team
    - Ensuring discipline, integrity, and honesty is maintained in the organization
    - Developing and maintaining employee benefit programs
    - Managing salary appraisals including performance reviews at the end of the year
    - Maintaining all employee documents offline and online
    - On-boarding and exit formalities to be maintained
    - Creating and maintaining orientation programs for new joinees
    - Tracking every employee's performance
    - Implementing programs for team members to be happy and productive
    - Employee retention is part of the responsibility

    3. Operations

    - Managing the official documentation of all things within the office
    - Maintaining employee database
    - Managing legal compliances like bonds for individuals
    - Dealing with agencies for hiring and employee background verifications
    - Maintaining HR policies, reviewing them from time to time and notifying everyone
    - Plan for training workshops to improve individuals
    - Ensuring office culture is maintained with discipline, productivity, and happy environment
    - Reporting
    - Sending weekly and monthly reports to the management for everything done
    - Sending and managing reports of individuals so that all the data is available for individual

    Required
    - Passion for working in a tech company
    - Very good communication skills
    - Very good interpersonal skills in handling issues of all team members
    - Motivation to work in a startup environment
    - Self Starter
    - Good communication skills
    - Discipline in reporting
    - Experience of using portals like Naukri, Monster, etc.

    Brownie Points
    - Experience of using Google Docs and Sheets
    - Connect with good technical requirement agencies
    - Connect with good employee verification agencies
