    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Strategy and Policy
    a. Develop and implement HR Initiatives, Policies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy
    b. Ensure proper communication and implementation of the HR Policies & Procedures
    c. Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition and benefits administration.
    2. Recruitment & On-boarding
    a. Prepare Manpower Plan and Budget in consultation with Directors & HODs
    b. Ensure effective recruitment process to meet the Manpower Requirements as per Plan
    c. Develop Job profile & prepare JD's for new positions to ensure right selections
    d. Conducting Reference Checks, Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letters
    e. Ensuring documentation as required and joining formalities
    f. Maintaining Personnel Files of Employees with the proper documentation
    g. Welcome new employees and familiarize them with companys environment, performance expectations through a robust On-boarding and Orientation Program, for successful integration into the Company
    h. Maintaining Database of candidates
    3. Training & Development
    a. Identify the Training Needs, Performance Improvement Plans through discussion with HODs & Appraisal process towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams
    b. Plan & Organize the Training Programs as per need and assess their effectiveness
    c. Preparing and maintaining record of the Training Programs conducted

    4. Employee Engagement
    a. Maintain employee connect and conduct employee engagement activities for better team building, knowledge building, and strengthen employer-employee relationship
    b. Prepare the Employee Engagement activity Calendar, Budget and execute as per approval
    c. Support and advise employees on the HR policies and ensure compliance
    d. Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain the cordial management - employee relations. Serve as an escalation point for employees and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve employee's issues.

    5. Performance Management
    a. Ensuring periodic review of Employees under probation and complete the confirmation process after approval from HODs/Directors
    b. Implement the Performance Management System and ensure completion of process as per the time line
    c. Obtain approval on the Increment / Promotion / Rewards & Recognition and execute
    d. Play an integral role in suggesting review mechanism for higher productivity levels
    e. Prepare List of High Potential Employees in consultation with HODs & Directors and identify growth plans / career up-gradation

    6. Exit Management
    a. Conducting Exit Interviews of employees leaving the Company and share the insights with the Senior Team for any retention strategies or corrective action
    b. Ensure proper handover and clearance formalities and then proceeding with Full & Final Settlement, issuing of Relieving Letter, Experience Letter, PF withdrawal etc.

    7. HR Operations
    a. Attendance & Leave Management Ensuring discipline, Maintaining updated Leave Records
    b. Payroll Management Ensure timely processing of Payroll
    c. Ensure implementation of compensation strategy and structure in line with the Company guidelines
    d. Statutory Compliances:
    Ensure various compliances applicable to human resource function PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Insurance, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment, Contract Labour, TDS, PTax, etc
    Maintain Liasion with Govt. Bodies and take care of the timely submission of returns
    Conduct investigations and maintain its records
    Represent the organization at hearings.
    8. HR MIS & Reports :
    a. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    b. Maintain various MIS / Reports on various HR areas

    Employee Database
    Performance Appraisal Data
    Training Programs Information

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A. PF, Mediclaim, Personal Accident Insurance
