    HR Operations Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Take care of site HR as a HR manager and ensure day to day HR operations are running smooth

    2. Establish activities, process or any other item which are not part of HR roadmap, however, essential due to nature of client business

    3. Establish rapo among all employees as well as decision makers for effective implementation and buy in on various implementations

    4. Recruitment, Employee Grievances handling, Adherence to policies and procedures, Employee Database maintenance, PMS, employee counselling, employee workplace involvement activities, statutory and regulatory compliances etc are few of the indicatives activities you will be responsible for

    5. List out sub activities essential for execution of key milestones of the HR roadmap

    6. Based on the sub activities identified, prepare detailed plan of execution and implementation

    7. Work on planned sub activities, validated with SME, update based on the feedback, client confirmation and rollout

    8. Raise alert time to time on the issues which will have impending impact in meeting deadlines on sub activities and key project milestones

    9. Status updates on activity progressed as per defined reporting frequency

    10. Create awareness on the activities among employees for effective implementation

    Job Specifications:

    1. Maintain professional decorum interacting with client employees, decision makers

    2. Understand, interpret, ask and provide solution to the issues/requirements

    3. Demonstrate you being HR business partner through your knowledge, skill and experience

    4. Take help of SME in issues of doubt, conflict and not known

    5. Respect the sentiment of decision makers, employees as SIL is committed in ensuring client satisfaction which in turn leading achieving their business goals

    6. Integrity, Honesty is the key parameters of success for this role
