You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.
You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.
You will be responsible for Employee life cycle where in in this role you will complete varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operate within set guidelines under the direction of the Talent Center Policies on Employee life cycle. The role exercises consistent judgement and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business.

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management. Minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments will be provided.
