You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.
You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.
You will be responsible for HR Policies where in you will be accountable for HR policies as part of HR Operation. This role exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business. This includes varied tasks in this area of responsibility and operates within set guidelines under the direction of the onshore team.
