You will be aligned with our Human Resources vertical and help us in the function that is crucial for the organization that deals with the people and issues related to people such as compensation and benefits, recruiting and hiring employees, onboarding employees, performance management, training, and organization development and culture.
You will be working as a part of HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services, include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management.
You will be responsible for Onboarding and Background Check where in you will need to understand the business and stakeholder requirements. There is an accountability to perform end to end onboarding with 100% compliance and drive quality candidate experience. This will involve you to analyze data, incorporate validations, MIS and publish according to the requirement of the clients/customers. Data needs to be maintained as per the process and executed with accuracy. The varied tasks in the area of responsibility related to background checks need to be operated within set guidelines of working as per the standard Accenture background checks and policies involving candidate and employee pending files.
