    Role Purpose:
    Contributing to the employee satisfaction by accurate salary computation,
    timely disbursement & responsive grievance handling using solutioning, process and data

    1. To handle joining formalities (Biometric and HRMS registration)
    2. To maintain employee details and payroll records on real time basis
    3. To answer employee queries about salaries, deductions and attendance
    4. To adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant laws
    5. To ensure and maintain confidentiality of employees' pay records
    6. To handle exit formalities on time
    7. To coordinate for statutory compliances with HO and sub-contractors
    8. To look after factory administration

    Required Candidate profile

    Any graduate with around 3 years experience in factory administration and basic HR co ordination

    Knowledge required
    Payroll software
    Company Policies
    HRM Platforms
    Exp- 2-3 yrs in Factory administration
