Desired experience : 3-5 years of SF development experience.

Problem solving skill : High, must be able to come up with out of box solution and able to think long term impact.
Successfactors key skills : Time and Attendance / Absence Configuration / Very strong on business rules / Association / HRIS elements / Custom MDF automation / SF Integration Tool
Module exposure : Atleast four module expertise - Employee Central / Recruitment/ Onboarding / RMK / Compensation / PMGM / WFA
SF Certification : Desired in a few modules
