    This is a leadership role and involves end to end business responsibility of Facilities Management. P&L responsibility, people development, and customer delight by offering outstanding service experience will be an integral part of this role. Winning and retaining customers, unlocking value by providing innovative value chain transformation solutions and overall strengthening of the brand in the South & West market is critical deliverable.

    Job Description:

    - Design and implement business strategies for Facilities management including, plans and procedures in line with the organizational goal.

    - Responsible for handling P&L of South & West Region.

    - Ensures continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development of direct reports and is responsible for running a cost effective operation staying within budgetary guidelines.

    - Responsible to deliver Budgets and P&L with an expected level of gross margin.

    - Maintains open communication with all levels of management

    - Implements Strategic Initiatives that focus on meeting growing business needs.

    - Streamlining operations with stringent and consistent controls.

    - Proficiency in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.

    - Oversee daily operations of the unit and the functioning of other departments (Finance, IT, HR, Sales, CRU etc.)
