    To strategically deliver social vision of Arogya Parivar , using self - sustainable approach. Conceptualize social business model that augments social delivery of healthcare in rural India. Building social and brand equity for Arogya Parivar through innovative program and effective execution.

    Direct and lead social outreach program for social business in order to deliver healthcare access in bottom of pyramid (rural population earning less than 42 / day)

    Develop a healthcare program by forming external and internal alliances with NGOs and like - minded organisations aimed to improving health care scenario in remote villages

    Recruit , train and develop a team of Health Educators to raise awareness on health and refer people to doctors for timely and right treatments Develop strategy to for deeper societal impact

    Conceptualize and develop new social health awareness programs in alignment with the commercial team

    Develop new program concepts and enlarge the awareness campaigns based on the overall Therapeutic Area coverage strategy.

    Continuous Process improvement systems and processes

    To integrate field program with efforts of commercial operations to help deliver overall mission of social - marketing

    Create innovative communication techniques for behavioural change in poor communities leading to prioritization of healthcare in HH and rural families.

    Ensure right engagement level with communities to deliver social impact and respect for group.

    Social and Business Results:

    Outreach goals and patient impact

    Unique and self - sustainable program

    Creation of social and brand equity for social business and group efforts

    Easy to administer program with measurable and impact - able outcomes. Operational Excellence:

    Ability to create and implement Educator model

    Training and development of grass - root resources; women health educators

    Ability to balance social objectives and commercial goals

    Minimum requirements

    MBBS & A masters in Social Work / Development / Health Program English and Local Language

    10 - 12 years with international or national social development agencies (NGO) , Micro - finance , Rural Healthcare program

    Should have equal blend of field and strategic exposure

    Should have handled a team of 200+ with annual large budget and regional / national level program

    Sectorial experience : Health NGOs / programs / Micro - credit / micro - finance / Capacity Building / SHG programs

    Ability to work in start - up business unit with fast track growth environment
