    Job Purpose:

    - SPOC for all training needs of the retail vertical

    - Identify the business needs of skill development & process training for store employees, outlet owners & regional teams & develop the training strategy

    - Create relevant classroom training content, online training content and assessment & certification programs for the TG & deliver in an innovative way, in line with the values of the brand.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Planning :

    - Work on the field frequently & follow the new industry trends to identify the current training needs & futuristic training requirements

    - Create the national training strategy (comprising of types of training, mode, duration, TG etc.) & calendar

    - Create the training content for outlet employees & owners

    - Create training content for internal team (TTT programs) for further cascade

    - Create training content for regular refresher programs for continuous enhancement of skills

    - Collaborate with regional teams to identify person specific needs for outlet employees/ owners (if any)

    Execution :

    - Collaborate with regional teams to deliver the trainings as per plan

    - Deploy various mediums for training delivery

    - Create measure of success & assess the training accordingly

    - Have a follow-up communication plan & put it in motion post the training

    - Mentor, guide and coach outlet owners & employees.

    Financial:

    - Work closely with the Finance team to create the annual/ quarterly training budget

    - Collaborate with Finance to keep a close track on the spends & identify financial value per training, wherever feasible

    Preferred Skill sets:

    Education: Master's Degree

    Experience: 7-9 Years of experience in retail industry

    - Strong Business acumen & retail understanding.

    - Innovative thinking & high adaptability

    - High Customer Service Orientation

    - Planning & Execution Skills

    - Great communication and presentation skills.

    - Self-driven and result oriented
