    Work Timing: IST 6.30 pm to 3.30 am

    Job Summary:
    • We are looking for Business Development Manager with 7+ years experience & able to work independently with excellent communication skills Independently responsible for Business Development activities, 
    • Business growth, Pipeline generation, Market analysis and Revenue generation Responsible for lead generation, prospect identification and prospect engagement, requirement gathering, 
    • creating winning proposals and pricing negotiations Has experience in selling Product Based Professional services & Core Product Engineering Services 
    • Has experience in selling in direct Infrastructure selling: Like Cloud, O365 and Azure/AWS and help desk services
    • Focus on proactive/reactive selling of the Network, Security, IOT offerings & Managed services to existing business will be an added advantage. Negotiate with Clients on the profit maximization value for business
    • Formalize business strategy and market approach for farming with existing accounts and hunting new logos
    • Handling a team of BDE & Inside Sales representatives Involved in training, mentoring and management of individual team members to help them achieve their individual & team targets
    • Experience in developing a lead pipeline from the ground up including cold calling, building new accounts and increasing sales in existing accounts 
    • Has experience in Strategic Market Planning, including Business plan & Sales Strategy development Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain sales and business development opportunities Preparing proposals, presentations, value propositions for corporate meetings Involved into end to end sales cycle and responsible for closure Focus areas: mid to large-sized companies from Retail, Supply Chain & Healthcare Domain Has a competitive approach for winning business and leading team to manage accounts from a strategic and tactical perspective Effectively and efficiently manage existing client relationships and evolve new relationships, working closely with Technical Team to attain company objectives

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • Candidates should have international selling Experience.
    • Passionate for sales,
    • Should be aware of day to day Market trends.
