    Job Description
    • To create / maintain excellent relationships with Customers and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications
    • Touch base to customers will through telecalling and should also attend direct walk in customers at the office premises..
    • Handholding of customers after sales
    • End to end responsibility of customer right from On boarding to end product delivery
    • Customer will be touch based in various aspects;
    • Welcome call, collection of venue details, Payment collection, cross check on the service delivery aspect, upsell of products, giving proper information on the crew to the customers, getting customer feedback, end product delivery Album & Video
    • Cross functional coordination with Sales, Scheduling team, Album design and Video editing team.
    • Getting positive feedbacks and reviews from customers.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

    • Graduation Mandatory ( Without any Backlogs)
    • Any Degree Freshers or Experienced in any sales
    • Good Communication in English & Tamil
    • Interested in Customer handling
    • Should be customer centric and provide good service.
