    The position is responsible for successful leadership and management of the training division according to the strategic direction set by the Senior Leadership team. The role holder plays integral in achieving the broader strategic objectives of Techno Brain aligned to the Companys Vision and Mission. He or she must enjoy people development, working with multifunctional teams to drive corporate strategy (country and /or Divisional ) and vision in the country(ies)

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Work requirements and tasks will be guided by the Techno Brain Administration Divisions policies and procedures which is reviewed periodically but will fall broadly in the following Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
    1. Strategy Development and Revenue Generation
    - Collaborate with the Senior Leadership team in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide, develop and align the organization.
    - Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
    - Define and align the go to market strategy for each solution and appropriately execute a sales plan with the on ground sales team.
    - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
    - Maintain effective relationships with customers
    - Identify, assess, and inform the Senior Leadership team of internal and external issues that affect the organization.
    - Act as a professional advisor to the Senior Leadership team on all aspects of the Company's activities.

    2. Operational Governance
    - Develop an operational plan for the Training business which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
    - Ensure that the operation of the Training division meets the expectations of its clients, management, partners and employees.
    - Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the division.
    - Oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the divisions programs, initiatives and services.
    - Ensure that the programs and services offered by the division contribute to the organization's mission and reflect the priorities of the Senior Leadership team.
    - Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the programs and services of the division to maintain or improve quality and performance

    3. Human Capital planning and Development
    - Determine staffing requirements for divisional management and program delivery
    - Establish a positive, healthy and safe work environment in accordance with all appropriate policy regulations.
    - Recruit, interview and select employees that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the division's mission.
    - Performance Management: Manage employee performance e.g. Weekly/monthly continuous performance discussions and provision of feedback. Translate strategy into executable plans while motivating your team with clear direction by setting clear goals and KPIs each quarter.
    - Succession Planning: Develop the next leadership bench in your team through identifying and working with HR in developing your teams talent potential e.g. coach, mentor and facilitate development of direct reports.
    - Behavioural Role Model: Emulate Techno Brain corporate values through your behaviour through rewarding and voicing support for good behaviours as much as you reward technical competence.
    - Team Engagement: Engage their employees and manage diversity within the workplace by encouraging and personally participating in employee engagement activities

    4. Financial planning and management
    - Support in the generation of revenue through providing support to the Sales team and strategically managing key accounts.
    - Collaborate with Training management team and Finance to prepare a comprehensive annual budget.
    - Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the Chief Operating Officer.
    - Ensure that sound bookkeeping and accounting procedures are followed.
    - Administer the funds of the organization according to the approved budget and monitor the monthly cash flow of the organization.
    - Provide the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization.

    5. Corporate Positioning and Risk Management
    - Identify and evaluate the risks to the organization's people (clients, staff, management, partners), property, finances, goodwill, and image and implement measures to control risks.
    - Represent and continuously position the Companys brand to internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance Techno brains community profile.
    - Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the organization and to identify changes in the community served by the organization.
    - Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups, regulators, consortiums, and other organizations to help achieve the goals of the organization.

    PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
    Academic Qualifications
    - Masters degree in related field from a recognised university;
    - Bachelors degree in a related field;
    Professional qualification;
    - Relevant professional qualification
    - Member of a relevant professional body
    Experience
    - 12 years relevant experience with 8 years in leadership level
    - Experience in faced-paced multi-cultural organization in leadership role.
    - Experience in managing regional operations, sales and/or training team of 20+ people.
    - Deep understanding of IT Training programmes working with teams from Sales and Delivery.
    - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    - Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    - Proven leadership experience in a multi-cultural environment.
