We are looking for dynamic Sales Manager(Software Sales) having strong direct Sales exposure into Domestic as well as International market catering BFSI verticals for our Pune location.

* Primary Focus: New business generation (New accounts).
* Revenue generation: Target number driven for new accounts.
* Nurturing leads, managing the account and closing the deal.
* Is able to adequately respond to a variety of requests from customers such as sales and marketing assistance, pricing recommendations, etc.
* Creating opportunities and pitching to potential clients solutions, the rationale behind the solutions and the impact and the positive results of the solutions; all done through value creation solution selling versus product selling.
* Presales: Web demonstrations, demonstrating the product on site
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
* Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
* Effectively presents the Company's products and services and is able to overcome barriers to close the deal.
* Demonstrates the ability to provide solutions to customers' needs in a win -win fashion.
* Accompanies assigned accounts on sales calls to end-users when requested.
* Understanding the customers' requirements and identify the business requirements and sales opportunities
* Ability to plan sales strategies and identify potential clients in the assigned territory through comprehensive Accounts Plans.
* Identify and build relationships with key client's stakeholders and business partners at a senior level.
* Work closely with the Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, Subject Matter Experts to develop complex solutions to address business opportunities and client's need.
* You should be able to engage and manage your sales presentation to high level stakeholders.
* Strategic planning of your business to achieve revenue and profit targets.
* Funnel management / Sales Pipeline with accuracy in forecasting.
Position Performance Measures:
* Attain targets on a yearly basis.
* Increase sales of Indus products in the specified market.
* Good to have knowledge of retail Lending Solutions (LOS/LMS/Loan Servicing/Loan Collections).
Awareness of customer base in markets.
* Good Understanding of the Indus Product / Services and Pricing policy.
* Good Understanding of the Competitors Product / Services and Pricing policy.
* Should be aware of project management procedures.
* Should be able to communicate with C Level.
* Good understanding of SI & BP (System Integrator & Business Partner )
* Excellent Account Mapping
* Giving corporate & product presentations / demos.
* Exposure on working on the client contracts and renewal process.
* Direct Sales experience is a must.
* Exposure into catering BFSI clients and customer.
* 5 to 8 years of selling software services or products to BFSI companies.
* Should have over four years of client facing experience.
* Proven track record in directly managing Large Enterprise business.
* Excellent presentation ,Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with senior management within the assigned customer base.
* This position requires extensive domestic and international travel at short notice.
* Advantage to have understanding of foreign language.
