Hiring for IT Service Transition role for our leading investment Banking client (Permanent Position)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 9-12yrs

Skills:
Specifically the successful candidate will:
  • Act as the TTS Point of contact between delivery teams and STO for transitions as directed by the TTS Lead;
  • Agree the Operational Acceptance Criteria for a delivery and monitor progress and acceptance of the artefacts to the agreed timescales;
  • Review and feed into the Delivery plan ensuring activities involving STO activities and timescales are agreed with the relevant teams;
  • Create and manage Knowledge Transfer (KT) Plans, arrange sessions for the transfer of knowledge and key artefacts, such as documentation, from the delivery team into STO;
  • Ensure test scenarios have been reviewed and approved by STO and that test completion reports have been reviewed ensuring any open defects and technical debt have agreed workarounds in place and been accepted by STO;
  • Review and accept Dress Rehearsal and Cutover Plans, ensuring STO resourcing requirements have been agreed;
  • Ensure key tollgates, such as Go/No Go meetings have been arranged with STO attendance and have an agreed outcome for moving forward;
  • Monitor progress of the delivery and transition activities and providing reports to the TTS Lead;
  • Escalate issues and/or risks to the TTS Lead in a timely fashion, ie., high severity issue must be flagged immediately

Key Requisites:

Mandatory Experience and Attributes:
  • Experience of Transitioning IT Services from Project Delivery into Production Support;
  • ITIL Certified, Foundation level minimum;
  • Exposure and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning system Oracle Fusion Preferred;
  • Managing multiple transitions simultaneously, from new large country deliveries to small project changes, to tight timescales;
  • Good spoken and written English;
  • Effective relationship management skills, possessing proven experience in building relationships and supporting internal customers;
  • Able to challenge actions/decisions/timescales if not in STO interests.
