    Responsible to achieve Targets for Two wheeler insurance sales in the state(s) through channel partners
    Communicating and managing targets allocated to the dealership
    Dealer Interface / Visits/ MIS
    Check and maintain adequate manpower at the dealership
    Check and maintain solicitation as per defined process (Monthly Audit)
    Customer interface for claim related issues and other issues
    64VB pendency check and premium collection issues
    Relationship with local offices of Insurance cos.
    Training of new manpower
    Monitoring business share at dealership / city / region
    Implementation of Head office initiatives
    Interact and coordinate with dealers to control and monitoring
    Monitor and keep track of competition pertaining to Auto Insurance business.
    Co-ordinate Field marking activities of dealers, marketing/advertisement spends of dealers way to distribute commission to dealers
    Monitoring & ensuring the service level for claim settlement
