- Generating business through DSA's / SmallCorporate/ Builders / Channel partners/ Team Member/ Open Market
- To Plan, organize & Initiate to identify New Potential DSA and Brokers & Builders in respective area through team.
- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Must have experience handling a Secured Lending of Working Capital Loans/Term loans for small Enterprises Group.
- Develop strong long term relationships with small businesses with a view of achieving growth targets in line with the business plan.
- Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels- direct, indirect and reference.
- Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level.
- Oversee the renewal of accounts on a periodic basis, assessing customer needs and tailoring solutions in each case
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
