Responsible for generalist human resource activities to include Recruitment, compensation, employee engagement, training and development, talent management etc.
Support the assigned function in ensuring the manpower needs are support by way of timely hiring.
Review applications/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications. Interview job applicants & screening them as per organization requirement.
Structuring compensation offers for shortlisted candidates
Play an active role in initiating process improvements & policy formulation
Improving and monitoring employee productivity, connecting with target audience at regular intervals.
Improving relations between manager and employee
Prepare and maintain Organization chart, job descriptions, job evaluation systems & all MIS's pertaining to employee life cycle
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Initiate Learning & Development in the assigned function.
Be part of cross functional teams to plan & execute HR related projects.
Required Candidate profileMBA graduates with 2-4 years experience, preferably from organizations with a R&D set-up.
