    Administrative Work

    Salary & Payroll Processing (including Leave Management)

    - Moving the entire Organization from a Traditional Payroll Method to Biometrics being linked with Payroll Processing Software - Identification and Implementation of the entire process

    - Process company's payroll during every pay period

    - Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data

    - Compute employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes

    - Answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records

    - Receive and coordinate requests for leave and other absences

    - Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law

    - Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records

    - Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review

    - Determine Organization's tax obligations

    - Perform the distribution of wages through issuance of paper checks or direct transfers to employees' bank accounts

    - Contract Labour increment / Bonus working

    Employee Engagement

    - Responsible for supporting the team in innovating newer systems.

    - Responsible for setting up new effective practices.

    - Grievance Handling

    - Organize and drive (along with HR) consistent Traditional Employee Engagement activities


    Safety and Housekeeping Management (Civil and Electrical) :

    - Maintain a safe and secure work environment

    - Responsible for Building Maintenance - Civil and/or Electrical Work

    - Overhaul the entire Electrical and wiring work within Kay Kay

    - Take full onus of redevelopment of building premised project by project

    - Monitor & control Electrical & mechanical parameters & scheduling to save the electricity through maintaining checklist for AC/Lights/Computers

    - Conduct consistent Drills and Training on Safety

    - Handle emergencies & manage crisis

    - Make all necessary arrangements for special events such as Customer Visits / Customer Audits / ISO Audits / Vendor Visits etc.

    - Responsible for Facility Management Services Soft Services such as Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Carpentry, Plumbing etc.

    - Ensure Plant and Office facilities management

    - Create zoning and ensure housekeeping staff is following schedules (that need to be pre- defined by the individual)

    - Supervise Housekeeping staff by determining workloads & schedules.

    - Ensure the lunch location is taken care of Fixed Asset Upkeep and Maintenance (No Fixed Asset Machinery included)

    - Define Maintenance activities of properties such as Networking Systems (Computers/ Printer/Xerox machine), Water Purifier, Fire extinguisher, Attendance Software, TV / Music systems / LCD / Slide projector, electrical fittings /fixtures, window panes, ceiling fans etc.

    - Manage and overlook maintenance activities of properties such as Networking Systems (Computers/ Printer/Xerox machine), Water Purifier, Fire extinguisher, Attendance Software, TV / Music systems / LCD / Slide projector, electrical fittings /fixtures, window panes, ceiling fans etc.

    - Manage vendors, involve in negotiations, ensure the services are rendered within the timeline

    - Ensure seamless Internet / Telephone / EPABX Line Functionality

    - Fixed Asset Tagging and record maintenance along with Supply Chain Department (Inventory Management)

    - Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

    - Manage vendors, involve in negotiations, ensure the services are rendered within the timeline

    - Maintain documents related to vendors quotes / contracts / payment Industrial Relations Labour and People Management

    - Drive Industrial Relations activities such as submission of half/annual returns, obtaining and renewal of labor license, maintenance of statutory records as per State/Central.

    CANDIDATE EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:

    1. Army / Navy Background would be most preferred

    2. BE Electrical / BE Civil would be preferred (Not a compulsion)

    3. Masters of Arts in Public Administration / MBA/PGDM

    - HR/Industrial Relations / MSW / Course in EHS (Environment Health and Safety) or similar disciplines

    Note: For the Long Term, I need an Admin person who will take up all Compliances of the plant and Administrative duties as per below but there would also be a focus on Civil and Electrical improvements across the Plant hence need a person who understands the same and can seamlessly get the job done internally or by outsourcing the same.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE (TECHNICAL)

    - Factory Compliances at the back of his / her hand

    - Electrical Knowledge and previous experience of working in it is important

    - Civil Knowledge and previous experience of working in it is important

    - Microsoft Excel Skills: HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts etc.

    - Microsoft Word Skills

    CANDIDATE PROFILE (SOFT SKILLS)

    - Excellent Planning and Process Orientation Skills

    - Proactive, self-driven and takes initiative

    - Capable of figuring out solutions independently. This is extremely crucial. No spoonfeeding for solutions would be done

    EXPECTED EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of Experience post education

    Important Note: We are specifically looking for a Middle-Level Talent who is comfortable to work independently to relentlessly streamline all Admin and Industrial Relations solutions with a key focus on Long-Term Sustainability of the Organization.

    BRIEF ROLE DESCRIPTION: Ensuring all Admin and IR duties below are performed to impact growth of the Team by ensuring Cost saving and recommending and implementing Long Term solutions.
