    Job description :

    - Experience in implementing end to end complex solutions for large organizations

    - Solid hands on development experience in IBM BPM Development and Implementation

    - Good experience in creating coach and coach-views

    - Hands on development experience in Java, Java Script, DOJO, Oracle database (should be able to write SPs, queries etc)

    - Experience in Banking Domain (Retail and corporate banking processes implementations)

    - Knowledge and strong experience in integrations

    - Proficient in BPM UI coaches/CVs etc

    - Good knowledge of BPM concepts including process design, events, service creation

    - Excellent communication skills

    - Certification on IBM BPM will be added advantage
