    Who You Are

    This position will be located in Hyderabad, India, but you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company that is expanding rapidly and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively in order to accomplish GeekTeks goals. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our clients, which includes having attention to detail, following the processes in place, and being able to adapt to a variety of situations.

    We are looking for someone to oversee the procurement and report to the COO. The perfect match will be motivated, knowledgeable about procurement, and have excellent communication skills. If this is you, we want you!

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrated experience in Sourcing and Procurement
    • Coordinate, track, and manage the procurement of items for IT projects and internal use 
    • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
    • Possess strong knowledge of supplier or third party management software
    • Update internal operation procedures documents as needed
    • Institute policies and procedures for collecting and reporting key metrics that will reduce our overall expenses while increasing productivity
    • Provide support in managing and resolving operational issues
    • Manage internal assets according to company policy
    • Order, store and organize all office supplies and assets
    • Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
    • Set and review budgets and manage cost
    • Oversee inventory, distribution of goods, and facility layouts
    • Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
    • Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers


    • 4+ Years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement of IT related hardware, software and vendor management.
    • Should have hands-on experience in Sourcing and Procurement
    • Must have knowledge of winning deals with vendors
    • Excellent Communication skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
    • Proven work-ethic and time-management skills.
    • Must be able to work independently

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
