    Job Responsibilities -

    -Execute full life-cycle recruiting processes
    -Demonstrate understanding of talent needs of hiring managers and job requirements to assess candidate quality, skills and fit to identify the best candidate for a position
    -Should be able to independently work on critical open positions
    -Excellent communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively
    -Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required
    -Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, channels, and processes
    -Good experience in MS Office tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
    -Willingness to learn & work in a team .Support internal department/group current and future staffing needs within the HR service delivery framework
    -Attract and recruit the highest calibre candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner
    -Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in recruitment

    Required Candidate profile
    • Minimum Bachelors degree (Masters Degree/MBA highly preferred)
    • Minimum 1 year + IT recruitment experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Passion for recruitment is a must
    • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication
    • Should have the ability to create and deliver presentations to management
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against stringent timelines
