Electrical Systems without any SPoF, High redundancy, High availability, Active dual path systems, HVAC system without any thermal pockets, Dual Header systems, High EER, No thermal shock, Addressable(IP based) Central Fire Fighting Systems, Clean gas Agent suppressions, Hydrant systems, Best Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE). Carrier Neutral ISPs, Dual SEB feeders, HSD storage, best Infra fit-outs etc.
* Drive a coordinated approach to MEPF design of world class data center. MEPF-related business process changes, Process re-engineering and technical system integration across all related MEPF domains to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
* Preparation of all RFPs to float for HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting Works, Carrier Neutral ISPs Complete Infra Fit-outs.
* Ensure Project manager is effectively conducting day-to-day project management. Model Project Management discipline in all in aspects of the project program design, development, implementation, and support. Work with PM to Forecast, analyse and rollout and control CAPEX Budget.
* Technical Responsibilities include Installation, Testing & Commissioning. Operation & Maintenance of HT/LT Electrical Systems, DG sets, UPS systems, Battery Banks, Various control system including synchronisation of DGs, HT & LT Panels, PCC Panels, MCC Panels, Power Distribution panels, Protective relays and protection Systems, Transformers, HT / LT switch gears, BMS System, Intelligent PDUs.
Should have through knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical application in Data Center.
Implemented Tier IV/Tier III Data Center.
Should have designed the cooling distribution with most optimized solution and best in class.
Should have implemented Min 5MW IT load Data Center & deep knowledge on Construction of Turn Key Data Center.
Responsible for management of power design, delivery and installation, HVAC systems, operation, security and service delivery
Coordinate the development, and build-out of the Data Center; Manage environmental resources, power distribution, safety, security, physical layout, cabling, racking and monitoring of Data Center equipment
Liaison with local statutory authorities to get the relevant approvals for Project & Operation. Ensure compliance with regulations and directives of regulatory agencies.
Assist in Vendor selections, Contracts Management, and manage vendor service level agreement performance; Coordinate and supervise vendors on site activities
Setting up Carrier Neutral Point of Interconnects(PoI)/Meet Me rooms in diverse path
Establishing OM4/OM5,CAT 6/7/8 Connectivity with all type of Configurations like ToR, EoR
Required Candidate profile10+ years of experience relevant to Construction Industry in building IT/ITES/Data Center/Factory facilities in design, implement, execute.
Telecom experience is an added advantage. Thorough knowledge of Data Center IT Infra & Non IT Infra including Operations & Maintenance
Three to five years of leadership responsibility in managing midsize to large teams and capable of influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
