Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Strong knowledge and working experience of Service Operations that includes but not limited to - Incident Management, Problem Management, Root Cause Analysis, Temporary Fix/ workaround vs Permanent fix, Change Management, Ticket lifecycle and Queue Management2 Possess drive to identify and persistency to work 3 Identifying Root causes for any issues or problems 3 4 Continuous Improvement Standardization opportunities5 Automation opportunities

  • Technical Experience : 1 Establishing KPI, reporting against KPI and performance reporting2 Experience Ability to lead and coordinate calls with Business, Technical teams, IT support teams and vendors 3 Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management, Incident Management/Major Incident Management and Configuration Management

  • Professional Attributes : 1 Accountable for the lifecycle of Service Management processes ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services including: 2 Managing Shift Rosters and coverage of the team to ensure 100 coverage as per the agreed coverage

  • Educational Qualification : BE Graduate
