    Inside Sales Representative

    Supports the organizations business objectives by selling our services to IT Line Managers, Directors, VPs, CIOs and Clinical Department heads such as PeopleSoft Applications Directors, Data Warehousing Directors, Business Intelligence Directors, Director Application Development, etc.

    Major Responsibilities:
    The ideal candidate will have experience with the Inside Sales process. They will know how to follow up on leads, qualify decision makers, manage a database, set-up in person discovery calls, schedule client visits and how to identify opportunities. Exposure to PeopleSoft, Oracle technologies is required as this person will have to know their way around the Oracle market and the various departments associated with Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence, Databases systems. Additionally, the Inside Sales group will have a broader focus on technology to include Java, JSP, Oracle Database, Hadoop, Spark and other in demand consultants as individual subject matter experts.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop Relationships
    o Through daily, weekly and monthly introductory and in-depth discovery calls to develop and maintain long term business relationships.
    o Ensure the quality of your client manager database information through follow-up calls, correspondence, and documentation of activity.
    o Gather organizational information such as technology profile, competition, consulting services usage, upcoming projects and technology roadmaps.
    o Educate and exchange market data with hiring managers

    Sell ERPA
    o Differentiate ERP Analysts from its competition through comparative analysis
    o Ensure the quality of your client manager database information through follow-up calls and correspondence
    o Position ERPA as a provider of Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, Business Analytics and Big Data consulting services
    o Position ERPA as a provider of individual subject matter experts in application development, database administration, business intelligence, integration and big data.

    Generate Sales Opportunities
    o Generate Oracle / PeopleSoft Managed Project, Managed Hosting, Managed Support and Staff Augmentation opportunities with new and existing client managers
    o Assist hiring managers in defining their requirements
    o Work with the clients to clearly define their technology profile and product strategy roadmap

    Maintain Long Term Relationships
    o Ensure quality customer service by resolving all issues pertaining to a Sale
    o Regularly audit client managers usage to ensure you are working with managers who are planning to purchase Oracle Services in the form of Products Licensure, Project Services and Staff Augmentation.

    Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
    Three (3) Plus years of solid work experience
    Must be a self-starter with a track record of working independently
    Experience developing new business territories
    Comfortable making outbound sales calls
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    BA/BS Degree or Associates Degree with relevant experience required
    Strong knowledge of Commercial sales

    Type of Position: Full Time / Direct Hire
    Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission
