    Lumen21 is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-paced Healthcare cloud computing environment. Being a member of the Inside Sales Team, you will be at the forefront of newer technology, assisting our clients with growing a set of services and features to run their mission-critical environments in the cloud. You will devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a viable network within the Pharma/Healthcare/BFSI Industry. The position will be responsible for pitching Lumen21's solution & services with the target market and a strong focus within the Pharma/Healthcare/BFSI Industry.

    Day in a Life at Lumen21
    As your work requires supporting USA sales operations, you will be working Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. IST. Once you start your day, you may converse with your Manager to go over the days priorities. Your Manager may assign tasks to you, providing you with additional information about the current project and client details. Being in Inside Sales, you may have to involve in Sales, and Marketing Activities.

    Job Requirement
    • Lead generation via Lead Liason sales automation tool including the use of Social Media such as LinkedIn. The focus will be nationwide in the healthcare vertical within the United States 
    • Based on the responses you will conduct Cold calling campaigns on an existing/new database of clients/ prospects with a view of generating qualified appointments/ teleconferences for the Lumen21 Sales team. Initial training and guidance will be provided to make sure you understand the USA Healthcare nomenclature. 
    • Outbound calls to help Lumen21 Sales connect with appropriate CIOs, VPs, Directors, Healthcare Industry verticals
    • Strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities
    • Ability to set, generate meetings and sense opportunities on phone
    • Identify ideal cross-sell and up-sell scenarios
    • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented
    • Provides timely feedback to sales manager regarding performance
    • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
    • Ensure that the organizations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels
    • Take responsibility for the organization of any trade shows or exhibitions
    • Keep abreast of current trends in marketing
    • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
    Desired Candidate
    • Any Bachelors Degree with MBA (Marketing).
    • Minimum of One to Four years of Marketing / Campaign experience in the international market in Inside Sales / Business Development of IT services, software services, and software solutions domain
    • Understanding of IT/BFSI/Pharma/Healthcare business and strongly networked within the given industry
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills is a MUST with the ability to multi-task
    • A go-getter with the ability to work under pressure
    • Willingness to work during US business hours (US Shift)
    • Excellent time management and project management skills
    • Excellent email articulation, Excel & Power-Point skills
    Pay & Benefit
    Lumen21 will pay the salary on a monthly basis. We have a different salary structure; we concentrate on employees gross net wage regardless of total CTC. Apart from total CTC, the company has other employee benefit programs which include Gratuity scheme, Mediclaim with value-added services, Year Completion Awards, Employee Referral Schemes, etc. As part of an organization training and development program, we provide training on the latest product, services which are launched in the IT sector.
