    Role: Tele-calling prospects in US

    Job description: data mining on LinkedIn, tele-calling, social media posting, running email campaigns, setting appointments with prospects, ability to meet targets

    a. Mandatory requirements:
    Total Experience: 4 to 5 years tele-sales experience at mid-size or large software companies selling software services to US-based customers
    Skills: Data mining on LinkedIn, prospect profiling for target profile at target companies at target industries, should be familiar with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for prospecting, lead generation, sales methodologies and sales cycles
    Education: Graduate
    Industry experience: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing (US market)
    Domain experience: Finance, Marketing, Operations, other industry-specific
    Communication skills: Fluent English, either neutral or US accent

    b. Preferred requirements:
    Track-record of successfully setting up between 3 to 5 appointments every week
