    The Inside Sales Professional will specialize in making sales phone calls on behalf of the organization to previous customers and new prospects to develop new business opportunities. Candidates must have a proven track record as a top performer, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have a technical sales background, but will consider individuals with solid sales experience in other areas. We will train the right candidate. Prefer someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, and/or marketing. Must be highly persuasive, diligent, able to multi task, complete projects timely, organized, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure. This is a part-time position. The schedule is flexible, but hours must revolve around reasonable times for customer contact.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or its equivalent, Associate degree preferred (in business or marketing emphasis).
    Two years outbound phone sales experience, including cold calling, marketing, and developing relationships.
    Basic understanding of Database technology is preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate.
    Business-to-Business sales experience highly preferred.
    Must have strong communication skills.
    A pleasant phone voice is essential.
    Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations.
    Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM software.
    Works well with others, team player.

    Responsibilities:


    Make cold calls to previous customers and new prospects to gain new business.
    Follow up on leads generated by marketing and set initial phone meetings for field reps.
    Describe products and services, respond to questions, and obtain customer information.
    Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
    Be confident with related technical product knowledge.
    Enter data and maintain database of existing customers or potential customers.
    Maintain records of telephone communications, interactions, and accounts.
    Must be able to work comfortably in a busy office environment
