    Creating ILTs and WBTs on ERPs such as Oracle, SAP
    ID work only for corporate learning.
    Develop SBs for Prototypes/Pilots
    Create ID guidelines & checklists
    Conduct Peer Reviews
    Conduct ID Reviews
    Mentor IDs/CWs on the team
    Coordinate with cross-functional project teams
    Conduct Integrated QC
    Should have knowledge on Instructional Design methodologies ILTs
    Should have at least 3 - 8yrs of exp in the area of Instructional Design in
    the E-Learning field
    Ensure process adherence
    Maintain checklist of self/peer/ID reviews
    Log review comments in the recommended format
    Exp on software- Articulate storyline 360, ppt.
    Maximo/ SAP.
