    We are looking for energetic Inside Sales Executives for our International B2B Media & Advertising Sales Process. The candidates will be responsible for generating revenue by Advertisement Space Sales on our Magazines and Websites to International Companies / Corporates.

    Candidate Profile:

    The applicant should have excellent communication and convincing skills with learning attitude and ability to work under the challenging and innovative process. The candidate should have the attribute to develop the required skill set to handle the complete process begging from identifying and sourcing the prospect to hosting the responsibility of service quality. We will be glade to find the element of good sense and sharpness with the aptness to perform under the team as well as an individual in them.

    Experience: 0 - 4 years.

    Job Roles & Responsibilities:
    • The candidates will be communicating and convincing the marketing heads and c-level executives situated abroad through e-mails, calls, etc. to post their advertisements and utilize our marketing services.

    • Conduct business in SEA, Europe and any other region, if required. Drive full sales cycle, from prospecting for new business to closing the deal and coordinating between the service team and clients to manage their service delivery at its best.

    • Plan and organize a result-oriented sales strategy for the assigned magazines or website.

    • Identify client needs, problems and review their business requirements in order to sell tailored solutions.

    • Build sales pipeline in accordance with the defined sales targets. Provide revenue forecasts to Sales Manager on a timely basis.

    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.

    • Ability to hunt for customer interests, competitive activities, and demand for new products and services.

    • Keep up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends.

    • Identify collaboration opportunities, form and manage industry partnerships

    Shift Timings:
    10 A.M to 7 P.M

    Salary: 1,50,000 P.A 3,00,000 P.A

    Additional Benefits: Very good additional incentives structure of up to 40% (i.e 1,20,000 P.A) of the salary, paid quarterly.

    Walk-in Timings: 1 P.M to 6 P.M
