Job Description

  1. Providing Incident support on customer tickets to account Managers and work with support teams 
  2. Handling Customer calls in Italian and English language
  3. Manage emails from Internal and External customers in Italian and English language, within defined SLAs.
  4. Regular communication with customers on the progress of their tickets.
  5. End to end ownership of the resolution and communication for customer tickets by having strong interlock with support teams.

Salary: INR 7,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A. As Per Industry Norms
