You would be responsible to handle communication with our Italian and English speaking customers. You will efficiently and effectively handle queries from customers via emails.
You will have to troubleshoot problems to the satisfaction of the customers. You will primarily be communicating with the customers over email.
- Excellent command over written and spoken Italian - minimum level B2. Should be able to draft professional emails in Italian without any mistakes

This job is for Italian speakers. If your level of Italian is minimum B2 or above you may apply. We also have positions which pay higher if you are a native speaker of Italian language. We also hire Freshers who have completed B2.2 from any accredited institute or advanced diploma in Italian language from any good university. If you have worked as a Italian language specialist in past, its an added advantage, but its not required.
The job is primarily answering emails in Italian language and English. Spoken Italian language skills are not necessary, but if you can speak Italian its preferred.
If you are a native speaker of Italian and live in Italy the company will help you with your Employment Visa in India.
