The primary purpose of this role is to deliver analytical / decision services to Vodafone s businesses across the globe. The role works with digital department across Vodafone, and is a part of the Vodafone Shared Servic es organisation in India.
To conduct detailed analysis and optimisation for multiple business stakeholders t hrough the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of tools and, where appropriate, seconda ry data sources to enhance insight.
Thecandidate wor ks with the assigned business stakeholder(s) to agree scope, deliverables, proc ess and expected outcomes from the products and services developed.
Key accountabilities and decision owners hip:
Work with VF UK web analytics team to deliver actionable and measurable insight to inform decision m aking and drive online change and optimisation
Be proactive and continuously seek to improve processes and procedures within BAU and project work
Be able to present reports, analytical insight and complex in formation effectively to stakeholders
Create, build and maintain good workingrelationships with partner s, VF web analytics team and GBIS department
Core competencies, knowledge and expe rience :
Masters in Ana lytics, Operations Research, Statistics or similar / MBA from a premier B- schoo l
Mi nimum experience of 2 years in Consulting or Analytics / 0 years in case of MBA from a top 10 B- schools of India
Excellent communication & presentation skills with track record of engaging with business project leads
Flexibility and problem solving
Previou s experience in Telecom would be a distinct advantage
