    Reporting to: Manager Legal

    Department : Legal

    Duties & responsibilities:
    - Handling all drafting Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Rent agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Affidavits, Development Agreement and various other diverse property related documents.
    - Drafting of LOI, Power of attorney, Leave and License agreement, Letter of Authority etc
    - Memorandum of Understanding, Supplementary drafts etc
    - To monitor the progress of the above documents and suggest any additional terms or changes if necessary to the documents by way of Amendment or Supplementary Agreements
    - To file, store in safe custody original documents, keep a list of all executed documents and to make necessary soft copies of these documents such as PDF for internal compliance requirements or due diligence if any.
    - Strong litigation good Recovery suits, Labour matters, Copyrights, few property matters.
    - Drafting and negotiation of contracts with third parties such as vendors or partners or such other persons, in legal perspective for its closure and help the business in the execution of the same.
    - Assist in framing/ review of policies on all documents, contracts, and agreements relating to the business operations to protect the organization against any legal exposure and minimize liability.
    - Assist the business area regarding the assessment and management of legal and commercial risk

    Eligibility Criteria:
    - Should have an LLM/LLB from a leading university in India or abroad
    - Drafting skills has to be excellent, average drafting skills will not be preferred.
    - Experience working as lawyer/legal professional for a minimum of 2-3 years in litigation, corporate legal departments, law firms, or other legal professional services firms.
    - Should have first-rate comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges.
    - Broad-based positive attitude, strong written and verbal English communications skills and a desire to work as a member of a high-performance global team.
    - Should be collaborative, open to working with a diverse group, and interested in dynamic, progressive and evolving work and responsibilities.

    Key Skills preferred:
    Corporate Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Litigation, Property Matters, Agreements, Labour Matters, Law Suits, Regulatory Compliance, Due Diligence, Strong litigation, legal assistant, strong drafting skills etc.

    Salary Package:
    Basic salary PM + Furnished accommodation + Transportation + Utility expenses + Medical & Insurance + Annual passage (30 days leave salary with both side economy class flight ticket)
