Generating/Developing and driving the entire gamut of State and Federal relationships with the ownership of both Sales and delivery.
Generate new business through connects, cold calls and participation in networking events.
Extensive experience on working with US govt. agencies/State /Federal Clients and various commercial clients.
Working on RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's (USA & Canada) State/Federal Govt
Successfully expand and maintain existing client base
Achieve agreed P&L revenue goals, profitability targets and productivity targets both for the sales and delivery.
Provide leadership, day-to-day supervision and with heavy focus on development of Recruitment managers, business development managers, TLs and recruiters.
To build and expand recruitment team based on the demand projections.
Drive productivity within the team to meet the minimum performance expectations; willingness to work at a detailed level based on the needs of each team member to deliver increased recruiter performance
Mentor team members to help progress in their careers, thus creating succession planning
Ongoing training and development of team members to bring them to desired level of performance
Strong ability to communicate effectively: verbal and written to co-workers at all levels of organization
Hold regular departmental meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives (Weekly/Monthly Business Review)
Responsible for hiring the right talent into the company ensuring minimal attrition.
Drive high quality selection and positive candidate/client experience.
Research, market and effectively present our services to new and existing clients. Build user stories to attract attention of prospective clients.

Required Candidate profile
12+ years of experience working in US Staffing business with a proven track record along with 5+ yrs. of relevant experience of the same role.
8+ years of experience into US Staffing sales, channel sales, Staff Augmentation and VMS sales.
5+ years of client servicing experience. Exposure to building client relations at senior leadership level of client is desirable. Building good reputation with the VMS teams.
Good exposure to understanding business analytics and dashboard reports from the VMS and taking corrective steps.
Experience of handling large portfolios, $3+ Mn and above is desirable.
Prior Experience on working with US govt. agencies/State /Federal Clients and various commercial clients.
Experience of running and profitably managing the US staffing P&L. Exposure to handling entire practice is desirable.
Should have handled a team of 10+ resources, exposure to hiring, mentoring and training them is desirable.
Deep understanding of industry trends and anticipate demand projections.
