    The account manager will be responsible for handling multiple key alliance partners and ensure the strong relationship is built with the partner and both parties are able to realize benefits through the relationship.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop, onboard and nurture corporate relationships & strategic partnerships
    • Responsible for carrying out the business planning and budgeting exercise for the key accounts being managed
    • Responsible for building a roadmap for each partnership to scale-up the business and drive all initiatives for the same
    • Ensuring business growth in a profitable manner with sound quality
    • To review and evaluate performance to ensure that TVSCS offerings are customer-centric
    • Identify new business opportunities with the alliance partners and enable TVSCS to penetrate new business avenues
    • Ensure smooth functioning of business with alliance partners through regular interaction with client's various teams i.e Business, Product, technology, Compliance, Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations etc
    • Liaison with internal teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.
    • Responsible for ensuring that the necessary systems and processes are in place and adhered to.
    • Leverage technology to drive innovative and cost-effective operating models and deliver superior customer experience to both partners and end customers
    • Oversee marketing efforts with alliance partners to ensure adequate visibility and positive perception among customers
    • Prospecting and sourcing of new strategically important partnerships
    • Ensuring that the new relationships are smoothly on-boarded in coordination with Credit & Risk, Technology, Operations, and Accounts
