    What you will be doing:

    Identify important dealers within existing network and onboard new big dealers and create plan around developing a sustainable and profitable business relationship with the select dealers

    Dealer incentives - planning, communicating and finalizing lists of winners

    Training / Ongoing education materials for dealers

    Root cause analysis of dealer complaints & escalations
