    Key Accounts/Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solutions (1-5 yrs)

    Min 1+ year experience in B2B/Direct Sales

    Roles and Responsibility:-

    1. Approaching and selling recruitment solutions to the prospecting employees (B2B sales)

    2. Developing client pipeline in Job sector of operation

    3. Following established sales procedure both internal (report making etc.) and external (contract signing)

    4. Meeting sales target on a monthly basis

    5. Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.

    6. It is an Individual contribution role

    Candidate Profile

    1. Good Communication skills

    2. Fluent In English

    3. Should have self-belief

    4. Preferable from dotcom and Service sales background or with good knowledge of Online Industry.

    5. Idea about Digital Marketing is a plus even though it's not compulsory.

    6. Willing to take up challenges and possess right work attitude
