    - Achieve Business Volumes in Commercial/Prepaid Cards, Payment Gateway &
    POS Business
    - Shall be responsible to manage portfolio of 15-20 Key accounts of
    commercial/prepaid cards, PG & POS business reporting to Zonal Head
    - Shall manage 30 to 35 crores volume aiming to grow the same by new
    acquisitions as well portfolio deepening within his assigned locations
    1. Acquisition of new commercial/prepaid cards, PG & POS business customers and managing the existing portfolio of Key Merchants
    2. Launching Bank's initiatives with these Merchants.
    3. Hiring/building FOS team.
    4. Managing team productivity
    5. Cross sell other banking products like Savings Account / Credit Cards / Asset products etc to the Merchants in the portfolio. Alliance with Corporate TMC s for CTA implementation at large Corporates serviced by TMCs & manage end to end TMC relationship for CTA implementation
    6. Identify & target large Corporates for various Commercial Card products including Corporate Card, Purchase Card, Dealer Card, Vendor Payment Solution and other Customised Solutions.
    7. Monitor the CAMs /Agreement/Pricing and TOD Recommendations/ Review and revisit Commercials of Existing Relationships for closing big ticket size B2B relationships for commercial card products
    8. To achieve the Prepaid Cards (Forex & INR) number and value and income target for the assigned portfolio
    Channel and Resource Management ( Channel Partners like RTFX, Retail ,and WBG group)
    1. Visit all existing Portfolio Corporates and grow Business
    2. Interact and develop business models with CBG, ECG, BBG, FIG and
    Corporate Salary team to ensure portfolio penetration of Commercial/Prepaid
    cards, PG & POS business
    3. Share best practices of other regions to influence traction in Card Nos- and
    drive Primes and SPC and cross sell Asset Products in portfolio Corporates
