    Job Responsibilities:

    Identify new opportunities as appropriate within your market to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
    Identify potential user, and the decision makers within the client organization.
    Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed IPETRONIK RLDA solutions.
    Create and deliver powerful presentation and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of IPETRONIK products.
    Pre sales activities: Organizing demonstrations and supporting customers during evaluation.
    Effectively communicate client needs to IPE development team for future product enhancements.
    Timely responding to customer technical problems without any delay.
    Collect and document competitive intelligence.
    Implement regional sales programs like campaigns, technology day events that will lead to an increase in sales.
    Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met for given geographic area.
    Negotiating tender/contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
    Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
    Manage customer database & sales opportunities through a CRM tool.

    Qualifications:

    Knowledge on Road Load Data Acquisition in automotive field is mandatory.
    Atleast 5 years of experience in sales /support of RLDA, NVH solution is desired.
    Hand on experience in implementation of Strain gauge, Accelerometers, Microphone, torque, LVDT and force transducers at component/vehicle level is essential.
    Candidate based / willing to relocate to Delhi/Pune will be given higher preference.
    Go getter with self motivation, entrepreneur mindset, good communication skill is desired.
    More flexible to travel for meeting with customers/head office in Bangalore.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A.
