Responsible for building long term strategic alliance with Hospital/Nursing Homes accounts (strategic accounts) to continue to add value and promote service offerings to identify / create and fulfil commercial opportunities, define budgets and adhere to set targets.
Nature and scope of Main accountabilities:

Build long term strategic alliance with accounts to continue to add value, and promote service offerings to identify / create and fulfil commercial opportunities
Proactively develop customer relationships by understanding / anticipating needs and providing appropriate solutions to advance the sales process.
Responsible for creating and implementing end to end account plans for accounts, modify MSL composition, setting KPIs and monitoring achievement
Pursue with high potential stakeholders (doctors, interns, residents, nurses, administrators, procurement etc)
Plan and organize product promotion campaigns, arrange scientific presentation to pre-selected key institutions and carry on other relevant events.
Overall responsible for achieving sales targets across the product portfolio at targeted accounts
Lead a group of focused Business Development Executives
Ensure the call plan execution, high level of consultative selling and customer service by the Business Development Executives (as per the account plan)
Responsible for ensuring trainings are conducted, and the KAM concept is well anchored / implemented in the targeted accounts
Ensuring the data strategy / framework for sales effectiveness process for targeted accounts is well anchored and supported from the targeted accounts.
Ensure business is conducted as per organizations ambition and in NN Way.
Participate in internal / external review meetings and governance.
Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers and key contacts
Ensure and maintain customer focus
Challenges with regard to innovation and change
Independence to act within his own area subject to the strategies of the sales department
Low to Medium degree of independent decision making with reference to the department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Masters in business administration preferred, with bachelors in pharma / administration / sciences / engineering
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
At least 7-8 years B2B sales experience with hospitals, healthcare institutions
Strong experience of business development at multiple levels in hospitals, preferably worked very closely in previous roles
Readiness to adapt, strong on influential / presentation skills
